The tutorials below will walk you through installing and/or activating the AlertTraveler app on your smartphone or tablet.

AlertTraveler will provide you with real-time in-country safety information and allow you to check in with UGA in the event of an emergency.

NOTE: Registration for AlertTraveler requires the applicant to be "AlertTraveler Eligible." Eligibility is granted when:

1. Application has a valid itinerary; AND
2. Applicant is within 90 days from the travel start date.
